She does not make decisions for people especially related to health and or leagl issues. During Ancestral Messages/Mediumship Session, she can't promise to connect with the exact loved one you request.
  
  Dipali suggests that when booking a Consultation/Session with her, please come with an open mind and heart - free of expectations and that opens the doorway to so much more that can transpire. Your energy is a BIG part of the session, if you are closed off, overly skeptical or wanting her to prove things, then it will effect/influence the Session. If this is the case, then perhaps it is best you find someone else who is better able to suit your needs.

Any information that is submitted for any of the Services/Consultations and classes, will remain private and confidential. Your information will not be sold, distributed, traded or shared with outside parties whatsoever, unless by your request.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy and No Show Policy for Consultations:

This policy honors and respects both Dipali's time and your own commitment to the appointment / doing this work.

To help the office running smoothly and due to the nature of the preparation required to provide these energy services, 48- 24 hours notice is required (By Phone or Email) for all cancellations before your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise the client(s) will be charged the full amount of the consultation or session booked. Missed appointments, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will still be expected to pay the appointment fee, either upon arrival or before your next appointment.

Event/Meeting/Class Cancellation Policy

Dipali and www.spheresofessence.com reserves the right to cancel a program or event due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class, or transfer enrollments to a later date. Or you may use the money towards scheduling a private session or consultation with Dipali instead.

* Your registration and payment for an Event/Class/Meeting:
Space to attend an Event with is limited therefore, once you have made payment and registered for a Meeting/Class/Workshop/Event you must contact Dipali and give 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise no refunds are given. (this may vary per Event, but will be stated clearly upon the email, website or flyer)

If you have paid as a Group of 3 or more people, you MUST give 72 hours notice for Cancellation no refund is given.

Policy for Long Distance Appointments - Advance payment is required to reserve your appointment and must be completed as soon as possible for your appointment to be considered "booked and confirmed." If we do not receive payment in proper time, then your appointment may be cancelled and you are welcome to re-book at a later date and time.

Special Requests: Contact Dipali by Email if you prefer a consultation at a time not available on the schedule (on short notice, nights, weekends or based on International Timezones) she will do her best to accommodate your request. You may also inquire about other payment options other than using PayPal.com.

» Location Options;Where the Appointment takes place:

• In Person: This is generally the preferred way simply because of the face to face dialogue between Dipali and the client. This appointment will take place in the Cherry Hill Office.


• Telephone: A good alternative to meeting in person. The client is responsible for any/all phone charges incurred during the session(s). Calls must be made from a land-line; cell phones will not provide a grounded experience for the consultation. Few exceptions may apply.


• Internet/Online: Another good alternative to meeting in person. Geography is no barrier to have a consultation. If you have access to a computer Free Phone Calls are possible through VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) programs like SKYPE, Yahoo Voice Messenger and MSN Messenger. Just sign up for one of their programs and the consultation takes place via audio/text instant messenger.


• Remote [long distance] for Energy Balancing/Healing Sessions: Energy work is not bound within limitations of time/space or distance of location. So this session can be done at a mutually agreed time and date no matter where you are globally.

Payment Information:

» Business Policy for LONG DISTANCE APPOINTMENT(S): For appointments by Internet, Remote or Phone- ADVANCE Payment for the Consultation/Session is required beforehand and for you to receive confirmation that the appointment is reserved.

If we do not receive payment notification, your appointment will be cancelled and you are welcome to re-book it at a future date and time with the payment sent in advance.

» Payments Options:

- For NEW Clients - may pay with exact Cash or Money Order.
- For RETURNING Clients: may pay with exact cash, money order or personal check.
